Monthly, season and annual passes are available only to the following ID CARD HOLDERS:

	Active duty personnel, including activated national guard and reservists assigned to Fort Monroe.
	Active duty personnel, including activated national guard and reservists of the U.S. Armed Forces.
	Retired military personnel.
	DoD Civilians (Active and Retired)
	Non-Transient Contracted (Non-DoD) employees working on the installation.
	Former Prisoners of War (POWs), and spouses of current POWs or Service
	Members formerly missing in action (MIA) and their family members. Family members of current MIAs.

Immediate family members of the above. Family members are defined on the pool membership application (see forms page). All others must purchase daily passes and/or punch cards.

Active duty is free from 6 to 8 am, Monday thru Friday.

**Daily Punch passes are $4 for persons ages 12 and over, $2 for persons under 12. Civilians with no DOD ID cards are $6 for persons ages 12 and over, $3 for persons under 12.

**Family Members are defined as those who are claimed on your IRS tax return**
